WooCommerce
Connect a self-hosted WooCommerce store with REST API keys.
WooCommerce stores are self-hosted, so you connect them with API keys you create in your own store instead of signing in.
Create the API keys#
- In WordPress, open WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API.
- Select Add key, give it a description and choose Read/Write permissions.
- Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.
Connect WooCommerce#
- In Shipperfy, open Integrations > Selling Channels and select Add, then choose WooCommerce.
- Enter your Store URL, Consumer Key, Consumer Secret and a Store Name.
- Save.
How orders map#
| WooCommerce status | Shipperfy status |
|---|---|
| Pending payment | Awaiting payment |
| Processing | Awaiting shipping |
| On hold | On hold |
| Completed | Completed |
| Cancelled, Refunded | Cancelled |
| Failed | Incomplete |
When you mark an order as shipped, Shipperfy updates the order in WooCommerce. WooCommerce has no tracking field, so the tracking number is added as a customer note and saved in the order's metadata for tracking plugins and themes to use.
