Locations

A location is a sender or pick-up address. It becomes the From address on your shipping labels. You need at least one before you can ship.

Open Settings > Locations to add and edit locations. You can create several and choose the Send From location on each shipment.

Give each location a name (for example Main Warehouse), a contact and the address. The contact is printed on the label, so a label cannot be created if it is empty.

Some of your own carrier accounts use the address registered with that carrier and ignore this setting.

You can set your default location in your profile.
